Clark Eriksson have been delivering projects in the Pharma Sector for over 15 years.  We have extensive knowledge and experience in cGMP standards and full Validation from Design Qualification (DQ) to Operational Qualification (OQ).  We have performed Projects for a variety of Pharmaceutical Companies namely GSK in Montrose, MacFarlan Smith in Edinburgh, Ipsen Biopharma in Wrexham and Piramal Healthcare in Grangemouth  

As well as a Pharmaceutical Intermediates Projects for Avecia/Kemfine in Grangemouth

GSK Montrose

CEA have  provided design and project management services to the Montrose site for over 15 years, with the last 4 years as sole Management Services Provider.  The MSP Contract involved CEA taking on board the existing GSK Contract Project Managers and making them part of the overall CEA Site Team.  We delivered projects with minimal client involvement, from Definition/FEED through detailed design, procurement and finally into Construction/Commissioning and full cGMP Validation.  

We delivered a full range of projects, including:  Clean Room Upgrades, Effluent Storage Tanks, Isolation and Drying Improvement Projects, New Plant Introduction involving HCl Gas.  These projects ranged from £150k to £1.2M


Ipsen Biopharma

Clark Eriksson provided Project Management on-site for a period of a year to deliver projects for Ipsen, we also embarked on a major electrical infrastructure improvement project.  We also provided an electrical engineer to ensure compliance for a major new Facility built in 2009/10.

 


MacFarlan Smith

CEA are one of the current Project Services Provider since 2004 to the site in Edinburgh, providing total project solulutions for new capital improvements.  Our role is involved from Definition, through design to Construction Management and Commissioning.  We have a site based team on site inclusive of Project Managers/Engineers, Process Engineers and Discipline Engineers.


Johnson Matthey (ex-Bakhu Pharma & ex-Phoenix Chemicals)

Clark Eriksson were appointed as Project Service Provider to Phoenix Chemicals (Annan Site) in July 2010.  Our remit is to provide Project Management and Design Services for all engineering disciplines when required by the site for new product introductions.

We are now a key element in the new owners Johnson Matthey (MacFarlan Smith) plans to rejuvenate the site and bring it back to it's former glory.  Our role is involved from Definition, through design to Construction Management and Commissioning.  We have a site based team on site inclusive of Project Managers/Engineers, Process Engineers, Discipline Engineers and Designers.
